Why do I have to provide a credit card and personal details when booking a lesson:

​Unfortunately, this is how the system is set up. I will not contact you using your phone number, it is simply a booking requirement of the system. I only need your address details in case of an improper cancellation or a no-show, as I will then unfortunately have to charge you the normal hourly rate of €45/€85. Recently I have also had to charge €10 for trial lessons, as there were simply too many no-shows. If you book directly via the website, credit card is the only payment option. However, you can also book lessons (except for trial lessons) via the contact form or by email, in which case bank transfer is also possible.

Cancellation policy:

You can cancel booked lessons free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. After this period, the full amount will be charged, unless the lesson is booked by someone else in the meantime. If that's the case, I will let you know. The same applies to no-shows and trial lessons.

Online lessons:

Lessons always take place online. This gives you and me more flexibility in terms of time slots, and saves both of us a lot of travelling time. It also allows me to teach those of you who are not necessarily within my radius. Often it is also easier for shy and introverted people to take lessons online rather than in person.
